Print our drill template. Tape the lid and drill at the markings!
It doesn't get any easier.
Three sides, one for 12 holes, one for 8 holes and one for 4-5 holes.

Just print and start drilling.
Use a screwdriver and drive slowly. If you drill too quickly, the plastic will melt from the friction and you will get an uneven hole.
