Shipping policy

We offer the following delivery methods:

* Mail

* Package via DHL

Letters or packages sent to the delivery point.

Delivery within 1-5 days to your mailbox or nearest delivery point.

Parcel deliveries to companies are made via DHL (delivered to the specified delivery address, do not enter a Box address).

Parcel deliveries to private individuals are made via DHL Mypack Collect (picked up at your nearest delivery point).

Terms for delivery are also stated at checkout under each delivery method. If nothing is stated, a maximum of 10 days delivery time applies. If an item has a different delivery time, it is stated next to each item. If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order.

There may be times that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or forwarder is unable to fulfill their obligations to us. We reserve the right to disclaim all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.
