Description
This bag welder provides a strong 3mm wide weld that keeps your bag tight.
The advantage of a bag welder over an iron is that it heats the bag from both sides so the weld is strong and even. There is also less risk of burning yourself on this than on an iron.
It comes with an extra heating loop and an extra silicone mat.
It quickly reaches working temperature and is easy to work with.
This works with all our bags up to and including 2 litres.
The length of the weld is 30 cm, it is possible to weld wider bags, but then you have to weld in batches.
Bags with Kraft paper may need to be welded twice as the paper blocks the heat.
Picture 4 shows how the weld turns out.
