Preparation:
1. Take the oxygen absorber out of the bag!
2. Add 1 dl of hot water (not boiling)
3. Stir in 2½ tbsp Vinegar 12%
If you want a sweeter mustard, dissolve 1-2 tablespoons of honey in the hot water before pouring it over the mix. If you want a milder mustard, stir in 1-2 tablespoons of oil.
Stir and let stand for 2-3 days so that the bitter taste from the Sinigrin (the substance that gives mustard its flavor) disappears.
Packaged in a Mylar bag with Oxygen Absorber so it is airtight, moisture-proof and oxygen-free for optimal long-term storage.
Contains about 2.5 dl mix which yields about 3 dl of finished mustard.
